The hotel is close to the subway station and about a 10-15 minute walk to downtown. housekeeping kept everything very clean. It was a good experience. i appreciated the responsiveness of the staff, especially when i wanted to switch the bed type, they were very attentive!

the room was clean, spacious, and the housekeeping service was excellent. the room size was nice. i appreciated the separate shower and toilet areas, a practical design that enhanced convenience.

The onsen had a very nice view. It was very relaxing after a long day! the breakfast buffet included western options and had many choices. It was an improvement from other places i have stayed!

the location is central. i could walk easily to the train station. the breakfast buffet provided a great variety of japanese and western food (i especially liked the fresh fruit).

the toiletries were limited in the room.
